Description

The Hi-Force TWS45N Hydraulic Torque Wrench is part of the TWS-N series designed for accurate and efficient torque control in heavy duty industrial bolting applications. Built with a durable yet lightweight aluminium body, it is easy to handle while maintaining high strength. Operating at a working pressure of 700 bar, the wrench delivers a powerful torque output of up to 4,529 Nm with an accuracy of ±3%, supported by an included calibration table.

The tool features 360° Uni Swivel quick connect couplings for flexible hose positioning, reducing twisting and improving safety during operation. Its reversible alloy steel drive square allows quick switching between tightening and loosening, while the multi position torque support with safety bolt ensures stable reaction during use. The TWS45N is ideal for demanding industries such as oil and gas, power generation, heavy equipment maintenance, and industrial construction.

How to Use

Connect the hydraulic hoses to the Uni Swivel quick couplings.
Attach the torque wrench to the bolt using the 1 inch drive square and suitable socket.
Position the torque reaction support securely against a stable surface.
Activate the hydraulic pump to apply the required torque.

Reverse the drive square if loosening bolts is required.
