The HI-FORCE TWS100N Hydraulic Torque Spanner is designed for demanding bolting applications that require high torque and precision. Built with a compact and lightweight aluminium housing, it provides excellent durability while remaining easy to handle in confined spaces. The powerful hydraulic system operates at a working pressure of 700 bar and delivers a maximum torque output of 10,064 Nm with a torque accuracy of ±3%, ensuring reliable and controlled tightening.
The tool features a reversible drive square for both tightening and loosening operations, along with a multi position reaction arm with a locking pawl for stable torque support. It also includes a multiple position reaction support foot for improved positioning in different working conditions. Equipped with 360° rotatable quick release hydraulic couplings and a simple sliding drive square mechanism, the TWS100N offers flexible operation and easy configuration for industrial applications such as oil and gas, power plants, heavy machinery maintenance, and structural assembly.
