Description
The Exen HVE-RF Vibrator is engineered for high capability concrete compaction, generating strong vibration in the range of 158-200 Hz through an efficient shaft rotation system. With 3 or 4 strokes per shaft rotation, it produces intense shock waves that make it ideal for hard and dense concrete placing. The reduced shaft rotation approximately one third of the vibration frequency minimizes wear on the shaft and axle hole, ensuring extended durability and consistent performance over long periods of use.
Designed for versatility and operator convenience, the HVE-RF allows selection between a gas engine (Robin EY20-3D) or an electric motor, making it suitable for sites with or without power supply. The flexible shaft connects in a single motion without tools, while the adoption of self aligning special bearings ensures stable vibration and high durability. Additionally, the carbon brush system prevents contact failure and commutator damage, automatically stopping operation when the brush reaches its wear limit enhancing safety, reliability, and maintenance efficiency.
