The Delta Plus QUARTZ UP IV is a ventilated safety helmet designed to provide dependable head protection, comfort, and durability in demanding work environments. Manufactured from high-quality polypropylene, the helmet offers excellent impact resistance while remaining lightweight at only 350 g. Its short micro peak visor improves upward visibility, making it suitable for tasks requiring frequent head movement.
For enhanced comfort and secure fit, the helmet is equipped with a D Rotor ratchet adjustment system that allows quick and precise size adjustment within a 53-63 cm head range. The 8-point PA textile suspension harness ensures effective shock absorption and reduces pressure during extended wear. A polyester comfort headband further improves user comfort during long working hours.
The vented shell design promotes airflow to minimize heat buildup, making the QUARTZ UP IV ideal for hot working conditions. Designed for versatility, it features mounting notches for earmuffs and is compatible with accessories such as face shields, lenses, chin straps, neck protectors, and ear protection. Resistant to temperatures from –30°C to +50°C, the helmet is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, with a lifespan of 60 months from manufacture and 36 months from first use under proper conditions.
