Description

The AN420 anchorage line is manufactured from high strength 10.5 mm polyamide braided rope with durable steel and rubber components, ensuring excellent resistance to wear and long term performance. It features a sewn loop with thimble for secure anchorage and is specifically engineered for use with AN068 and AN066 sliding fall arrest devices over long distances.

Supplied with an AN066 counterweight, the system maintains proper rope tension, improving smooth sliding performance and user safety. With a total length of 20 metres and a lightweight design of 2.1 kg, the AN420 is ideal for rope access, rescue operations, and extended vertical or inclined movement where reliable fall protection is critical.

How to Use

Secure the sewn thimble loop to a certified anchorage point. Install the AN066 counterweight at the base to maintain correct rope tension. Attach a compatible sliding fall arrester (AN068 or AN066) and connect it to the user’s harness. Always inspect the rope and connections before use and follow applicable fall protection procedures.
